By MATT BLAKE

Strong:The Queen addressed both Houses of Parliament for the first time in a decade as MPs peers and dignitaries honoured her 60 years on the throne

The Queen celebrated her Diamond Jubilee today by paying tribute to the British virtues of 'resilience, ingenuity and tolerance', and to the Duke of Edinburgh, her 'constant strength and guide' over the decades.
In a landmark address to both Houses of Parliament the monarch repeated her vow made on Accession Day in February to 'rededicate myself to the service of our great country'.

Respect: In a remarkable display of pomp and pageantry, Her Majesty entered Westminster Hall to a rousing fanfare before her address

In the ancient Westminster Hall the monarch stood to give her address, telling MPs and peers that since she came to the throne she has been a regular visitor to the Palace of Westminster.
She added: 'During these years as your Queen, the support of my family has, across the generations, been beyond measure.
'Prince Philip is, I believe, well-known for declining compliments of any kind. But throughout he has been a constant strength and guide.'

Loyal: The Queen's husband, The Duke of Edinburgh, listened intently as she spoke

This was the monarch's sixth address to both Houses of Parliament. She gave similar speeches in celebration of her Golden Jubilee in 2002 and Silver Jubilee 25 years earlier in 1977.
The Queen has begun her national tour to mark her 60-year reign and said she hoped the Diamond Jubilee celebrations would 'be an opportunity for people to come together in a spirit of neighbourliness and celebration of their own communities'.
The work of millions in the professional and voluntary services, whose efforts were for the pubic good, would also be recognised this year as would the 'remarkable sacrifice and courage of our armed forces'.

Landmark: Westminster Hall was packed with hundreds of MPs, peers and dignitaries

She said: 'Much may have indeed have changed these past 60 years but the valour of those who risk their lives for the defence and freedom of us all remains undimmed.'
Members of the Royal Family have begun touring the Queen's realms to mark her Diamond Jubilee, with Prince Harry recently returning from a trip to Belize, the Bahamas and Jamaica.
The Queen added: 'These overseas tours are a reminder of our close affinity with the Commonwealth, encompassing about one-third of the world's population.

Giggles: She made her audience laugh with a few jokes in her speech, including a quip about how 'at the last count' she had presided over 12 prime ministers

'My own association with the Commonwealth has taught me that the most important contact between nations is usually contact between its peoples.
'An organisation dedicated to certain values, the Commonwealth has flourished and grown by successfully promoting and protecting that contact.'
Among the guests was Prime Minister David Cameron, some members of his Cabinet, former premiers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown and Labour leader Ed Miliband.
The monarch reflected on the ancient setting for her address: 'We are reminded here of our past, of the continuity of our national story and the virtues of resilience, ingenuity and tolerance which created it.

Parliament past and present: On the front row sat (left to right) former PM Gordon Brown, Speaker's wife Sally Bercow, Tony Blair, Harriet Harman, Nick Clegg, Ed Miliband's wife Justine Thornton, Ed Miliband and Prime Minister David Cameron

Pomp and pageantry: The parliamentary maces were carried in procession into Westminster Hall, followed by the Yeomen of the Guard in ceremonial uniform

All stand: The audience stood as she entered the hall with Philip

Tory MP Patrick Mercer was not in Westminster Hall for the addresses - the former Army officer cycled from the precincts on a yellow mountain bike four minutes before the royal party's arrival.
The Queen's visit to Westminster Hall began with Lord Speaker, Baroness D'Souza, presenting the address from the House of Lords and House of Commons Speaker, John Bercow, making a similar speech from the Commons.

Present: During the event a Diamond Jubilee window - a gift from the members of both Houses - was unveiled to mark the monarch's 60-year reign

After the speeches were read, the Diamond Jubilee Window - a gift from the members of both Houses - will be unveiled to mark the monarch's 60-year reign and the Queen will reply to the addresses.
The window will be in a display case and will be installed above the North Door of Westminster Hall later this year.
In her 2002 address, the Queen spoke about '50 unforgettable years' on the throne, telling MPs and peers: 'I would like above all to declare my resolve to continue, with the support of my family, to serve the people of this great nation of ours to the best of my ability through the changing times ahead.'

Personal: The window will be installed above the North Door of Westminster Hall later this year

'Putting on bikini for first time was upsetting... but now I think little breasts are perfect': Danielle Lloyd shows off her new AA cups

By EMILY SHERIDAN

'Putting on a bikini for the first time was really upsetting': Danielle Lloyd shows off her new AA breasts for the first time on holiday in the Canary Islands

Following emergency surgery to have her implants removed, Danielle Lloyd has slipped into a bikini for the first time.
Pictured on a family holiday in the Canary Islands, the model, 28, admitted she felt 'strange' wearing a two-piece now that her cup size has been reduced to an AA from her previous surgically-enhanced DD.
The Liverpudlian insists she doesn't have a problem with the newly compact size of her cleavage, but admitted she is more bothered by the disfigurement to her left breast following the surgery last month.

Cheering up: The gold coin detailing on Lloyd's bikini gave her a bit of glamour after a tough few months

Being wary of further surgery in the immediate future following several hospitalisations this year, Lloyd is beginning to embrace her new figure and feel comfortable with having smaller breasts.
She tells the new issue of Heat magazine: 'Putting on a bikini for the first time was upsetting, but its not the size which upsets me, its my left breast, which is badly disfigured.
'The difference is that my left breast is disfigured and smaller than the right one.'

Smiling again: Lloyd admitted she fits dresses better without her oversized breasts

A few weeks after her implants were removed after they 'exploded', Lloyd decided to bring her sons Archie, 20 months, and Harry, eight months, on holiday to the Spanish islands with her parents.
Missing out was her fiancé Jamie O'Hara because of his football commitments with the Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wearing a black bikini with gold coin details, the brunette played by the hotel pool with her two little boys.

Fun in the sun: The model's little boys Archie (right) and Harry (left) enjoy floating around in an inflatable duck boat

Enjoying a dip in the pool, the model looked like she was in her element as she put Archie and Harry in a floating dingy.
Adjusting to her new size, Lloyd admitted she doesn't want big breasts again, but is considering having reconstruction with a small implant to fill out the skin.
She told Heat: 'Having small breasts has shown me that I don't need big ones.

Isn't it fun Archie? Danielle laughs as her son pushes his inflatable boat around the pool

'I wish I could turn back time, because I think little breasts are perfect and surprisingly I feel a lot better with dresses.'
Lloyd's problems started soon after she had her previous DD-cup implants replaced with an E cup in January.
However, two weeks later, she was admitted to hospital after her breasts started swelling and she woke up in a pool of blood.

Chilling out: Danielle places eight-month-old Harry for a rest on a lounger

Gun-toting Apple lover tests durability of latest iPad - by SHOOTING it with rifles

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Proud: Richard Ryan brandishes the iPad 3 after he has taken a couple of shots at it

A gun owning fan of Apple’s new iPad decided to test just how durable his new gadget was - by shooting it with a series of high powered rifles.
The resulting video of the gadget being obliterated has now become an online hit.
Created by Richard Ryan, the video shows different guns, including a Tech Assassin HK53 assault rifle, being used on a range to shoot the new iPad.
The slow motion video shows the screen smashing in the spot where the bullet passes through, but it does not shatter entirely.

Target: The gun lover prepares to soot the must-have gadget

'It didn’t do as much as I’d hoped to it,' said Ryan after the first test, before deciding to use a higher powered M4 gun, which blasts a large hole through the centre of Apple’s latest must-have gadget.
The video is the latest in a series produced by Ryan, who has also shot an iPhone, Xbox 360, iPad 2 and other gadgets.
He also has an unusual take on another popular online series of videos, called ‘will it blend’, where the latest gadgets are placed in a blender to see if they survive.

Strong: The iPad 3 stands upright after a few shots have been fired at it

Durable: The tablet refuses to budge even after it has been the target of several bullets

Shattered: The front screen of the gadget has been smashed

Ryan’s take on the series involves a blender being shot using a series of rifles.
But the gun lover's latest video has divided opinion among YouTube users.
One user said: 'Why would you ruin a good ipad. I’ve wanted one for ever and couldn't afford one.'
However, others are fans, claiming the video is ‘awesome’.

Change of tactic: This slow motion shot shows what happens when a higher powered gun is used

Ruined: The screen of the latest iPad is completely shattered when an M4 gun is used

Damage: The gun-toter proves that the gadget can be destroyed

But now former slimming queens Coleen Nolan, Nadia Sawalha, Claire Richards and Tricia Penrose have ditched the diets for good.
The celebrities reveal they’re no longer slaves to the scales but are happier than ever with their shapes.

The celebrities say they are happy with their new figures and haven't weighed themselves in ages

Coleen, 47, tells Best: ‘When I lost all my weight and got down to a size 10, I enjoyed being that way. The problem was maintaining it. It was taking over my life.
'At my daughter’s birthday I was the only one saying no to cake. Now I’m really happy, I’m still the same person but there’s just a lot more of me.’
Former Steps star Claire Richards, 34, who’s yo-yoed between a size 8 and her current size 16 says she’s happy with her curves.

Now it's a proper reunion! Heavily pregnant Alyson Hannigan and her sequin-clad bump join the American Pie crew for LA premiere

By AMELIA PROUD

Careful! Heavily pregnant Alyson Hannigan made her way carefully into the movie theatre for the premiere of American Reunion last night

While the rest of the cast had a whale of a time promoting American Reunion at the Australian premiere, heavily pregnant Alyson Hannigan was forced to sit it out.
But as a pivotal part of the baked goods and bawdy antics franchise, it was never going to feel like a proper reunion without the 37-year-old red head.
So tonight, there was a fresh sense of excitement at the LA premiere of the hotly anticipated film as the How I Met Your Mother favourite lined up with her co-stars.

Gorgeous in green: The actress clad her growing bump in a sexy green sequinned dress for the occasion
And she refused to hide her light under a bushel, donning for the big event the kind of risque dress that many would think twice about at their slender best.
It was both tight, shiny and bright green - a brave choice considering the drooping awnings of shamrock green that remain in Hollywood post St Patrick's Day, just metres from the venue.
But with her crimson barnet, Hannigan pulled the look off with aplomb.

Bump's first premiere: Alyson appeared eager to join her co-stars who have been promoting the film around the world and posed up with Mena Suvari at Grauman's Chinese Theatre

Having a laugh: The pregnant star held her bump tenderly as she joked with co-star Tara Reid

Warm welcome: Eugene Levy welcomes his on-screen daughter-in-law at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in LA, she missed the Australian premiere because of her pregnancy

The actress took a tender moment to share an embrace with her friend and co-star, Mena Suvari, 33, who was a knock-out in asymmetric black.
36-year-old also opted for a one shoulder wonder, in her case donning a wonderfully restrained floor-length cream number paired with a sleek pony tail.
Jennifer Coolidge,48, who plays the pneumatic Stifler's mom, lived her to her sultry reputation in the movie by squeezing into a tight, busty purple lace mini-dress.

All back together again: The actress joined the whole cast of the film on the red carpet at the LA premiere

Having a good feel? Jason Biggs was seen grabbing his wife's breast as they posed for pictures

Tender touch? The actor was also seen grabbing Eddie Kaye Thomas at the crotch

He was seen grabbing his wife Jenny's breast as they posed up together and he was also seen grabbing Eddie Kaye Thomas by the crotch.
The gang are all back on the big screen in the series' eighth installment.
The original crew from the class of 1999 returns to East Great Falls for their high school reunion.
Hijinks, calamity and pie, of course, should be expected from the raunchy, crowd-pleasing comedy.

Back together again: American Reunion hits American movie theatres on April 6

'I could kill you in two seconds' - Tiger Woods bragged how he could kill his former swing coach

By DANIEL BATES

Tiger Woods was so obsessed with Navy SEAL training that he once put his swing coach in a special hold and told him: ‘From here I could kill you in about two seconds’.
The champion golfer - who secretly wanted to join the military - told Hank Haney to stand up then put his arm round his neck so he could not move at all.
Faced with the prospect of near-instant death, Haney feebly replied: ‘Please don’t’.
In his explosive tell-all book Haney also reveals that Woods became so obsessed with the soldiering he spent most of his spare time playing Navy SEAL computer games or watching the Military Channel on TV.

Spilling the beans: Swing coach Hank Haney (left) paints a less than flattering picture of golf pro Tiger Woods (right)

He became so concerned about the 14-times PGA tour winner that he sent him an email which read: ‘Man, are you crazy?’
It also warned him that his destiny was to be a professional golfer, not to go 'flushing bad guys out of buildings in Iraq'.
Haney’s embarrassing disclosures are in his memoir ‘The Big Miss’, about his years coaching Woods.
Among the claims already reported are that Woods banned his ex-wife Elin Nordegren from smiling when she was on the golf course when he won because he felt he was ‘supposed to win’.

Violent: An image from a Navy SEAL video game

Woods, 36, also wanted to become a Navy SEAL like his father Earl, who was a green beret who served two Army tours in Vietnam.
In an exclusive extract in Golf Digest magazine, Haney claims that self defence was Woods’ ‘favourite topic’ and that he would ‘really wanted to be able to protect his family’.
Haney writes: ‘After his training, he explained about the different martial arts that are incorporated in the SEAL style of hand-to-hand combat. Once, in his living room, he had me stand up so he could demonstrate some moves.

SEALS: Haney warned Woods in an email that his destiny was to be a professional golfer, not to go 'flushing bad guys out of buildings in Iraq'

‘He got me in one position with his arm around my neck where I couldn't really move. ‘From here,’ he said, ‘I could kill you in about two seconds.’ I kind of laughed and said: ‘Please don't.’
Another source of tension was Woods going on Navy SEAL training courses instead of training for golf, putting himself at risk of serious injury.
Haney writes that to his knowledge Woods did training in parachuting, self-defense, urban-warfare simulations and shooting, along with diving which he was already accomplished at.

Walking on eggshells: Mr Haney says he was afraid to ask Tiger for a Popsicle and said Woods never offered

Just 18 days ahead of the 2007 US Open, Woods went off on yet another Navy SEAL course and Haney sent him a blunt email expressing his disapproval.
He says: ‘Tiger would put on headphones, through which an animated commander would give him orders for the next mission to be carried out.
‘The objective was to keep overcoming increasingly difficult tests. Tiger would get totally immersed, sitting on the edge of the couch, as intense and focused as if he were playing in a major championship’.

Controlling: Tiger Woods told his ex-wife she wasn't allowed to smile on the golf course if he won, according to former swing coach Hank Haney

Woods would go running in his army boots and repeatedly watched the official Navy SEAL training DVD to see if he was doing the moves correctly, Haney says.
As the BUD/S (Basic Underwater Demolition/SEALs) film played yet again Woods would sit there saying: ‘That would be cool’.
Woods’ world came crashing down in 2009 when he was exposed as a serial cheat.

Written off: Woods called Haney¿s anecdotes 'one-sided' and a cheap way to earn money. 'I'm not going to waste my time reading it,' he said

Woods has written off the book, calling it ‘unprofessional and very disappointing’
.He told ESPN.com that the book - which will be released prior to this year’s US Masters - was especially hurtful because ‘it’s someone I worked with and trusted as a friend.’
He called Haney’s anecdotes ‘one-sided’ and a cheap way to earn money.
